These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Schedule Socials, a tool that lets you connect your own TikTok and YouTube accounts and schedule posts to them. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Schedule Socials lets you upload video content, write captions, and choose a future time for that content to be automatically published to TikTok and YouTube accounts you connect and authorize.
2. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. You must provide accurate information when signing up.
3. Your content
You retain all rights to the videos, captions, and other content you upload. By scheduling content through Schedule Socials, you authorize us to store it temporarily and publish it to the accounts you select, at the time you choose. You're solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights to publish any content you upload.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Schedule Socials to:
- Upload content that is illegal, infringes on someone else's rights, or violates TikTok's or YouTube's own community guidelines.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service or other users' accounts.
- Use the service for spam, coordinated inauthentic behavior, or any activity that violates TikTok's or YouTube's platform policies.
5. Third-party platform rules
Your use of TikTok and YouTube through Schedule Socials remains subject to each platform's own terms of service and developer policies. Schedule Socials is not responsible for actions taken by TikTok or YouTube against your account, including suspensions, content removal, or API access changes.
6. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service running reliably but don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may be added, changed, or removed over time.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
Schedule Socials is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee that scheduled posts will always publish successfully, as this can depend on factors outside our control, including TikTok's and YouTube's own systems and API availability.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Schedule Socials is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost content, missed posting times, or account-related issues on TikTok or YouTube.
9. Termination
You can stop using Schedule Socials and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
