Schedule Socials ("we," "us," "our") provides a social media scheduling tool that lets you connect your own TikTok and YouTube accounts and schedule posts to them. This policy explains what information we collect, how it's used, and the choices you have.

1. What we collect

When you use Schedule Socials, we collect:

• Account information: the email address and password (stored as a secure hash, never in plain text) you use to sign up.
• Platform connections: access and refresh tokens issued by TikTok and YouTube when you connect an account, so we can publish on your behalf at your scheduled time.
• API credentials you provide: the TikTok and YouTube developer app keys you enter in Settings, used only to connect your own accounts.
• Content you upload: video files, captions, and scheduling details you submit through the dashboard.

2. How we use it

We use this information solely to operate the service you've asked for: authenticating your login, publishing your scheduled content to the accounts you've connected, and displaying your own schedule back to you. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your content or account information for advertising.

3. Third-party services

Schedule Socials relies on the following third parties to operate:

• TikTok API and YouTube Data API: to publish content to the accounts you connect.
• Cloudflare R2: temporary storage for uploaded video files before they're published.
• DigitalOcean: hosting for the application and database.
• Google Analytics: aggregated, anonymized usage statistics (such as page views) to help us understand how the site is used.

Each of these providers has its own privacy practices governing data they process on our behalf.

4. Your content and videos

Videos you upload are stored temporarily so they can be published at your scheduled time. Once a video has been successfully posted to every account you scheduled it for, it is automatically deleted from our storage. If you cancel a scheduled post before it publishes, its video is deleted at that point instead.

5. Cookies and analytics

We use a session cookie to keep you logged in, and Google Analytics cookies to understand aggregate site traffic. We do not use cookies for third-party advertising.

6. Data retention

We retain your account information and scheduling history for as long as your account remains active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

7. Your rights

You can disconnect any connected TikTok or YouTube account at any time from your dashboard, which revokes our access to it. You may also request a copy of your data or full account deletion by contacting us.

8. Children's privacy

Schedule Socials is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
